Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 21 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block VI, Kawatiri Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point 2914·7 links south and 6656·4 links east of Trig. Station H, Block VI, Kawatiri Survey District (the said point being the southernmost corner of the said Section No. 9), and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction along a line bearing N. 33° 23' W. a distance of 500 links; thence in a north-easterly direction along a line bearing N. 56° 37' E. a distance of 4625·5 links; thence in a south-easterly direction along a line bearing S. 33° 23' E. a distance of 500 links; and thence in a south-westerly direction along a line bearing S. 56° 37' W., a distance of 4625·5 links, to the southernmost corner aforesaid, the point of commencement: exclusive of Section No 6 of the said Block VI, which is within the above-described area, also a public road and a tramway reserve which intersect the area described above: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 54668/12, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a rifle range.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Land temporarily reserved in the Marlborough Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of "The Land Act, 1892," it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Marlborough Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section No. 21, Block VI, Cape Campbell Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 9, Block VI, Cape Campbell Survey District; towards the east by a public road; towards the south by Section No. 10 of the said Block VI; and towards the west by Section No. 9 aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 18886/459, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a public cemetery.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this third day of July, one thousand nine hundred and six.
