MINING NOTICE.
In the matter of the Alpine Extended Gold-mining Com-
pany (Limited).
AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members
of the above-named company, duly convened, and
held at the registered office of the company, Bridge Street.
Reefton, on Wednesday, the 28th day of March, 1906, the
following extraordinary resolution was passed :-
"That it is proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that
the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its
business, and that it be wound up voluntarily."
And at the said meeting BERNARD PATRICK McMAHON and
THOMAS HUBERT LEE, trading as "Messrs McMahon and Lee,
Auctioneers, Reefton," were appointed Liquidators for the
purpose of such winding-up.
