SCHEDULE.
All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 37·4 perches, more or less, being Section No. 798R, Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and towards the north by Section No. 11, Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District; again towards the north-east by a public road; towards the south and towards the south-west by Section No. 26 of the said Block VII; and towards the north-west by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51533/12, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a cemetery reserve.

WHEREAS the Registrar is satisfied that the industrial unions of employers and of workers (being the electing authorities) have failed to elect any members of the Board of Conciliation in and for the Taranaki Industrial District:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by “The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act, 1905,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

JOHN SPENCER SELWIN MEDLEY, Land Agent, of New Plymouth,
representing the employers;
