Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under
"The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894."

WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee,
have, for the purposes of "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1894," made due inquiries with respect to the land
described in the Schedule hereunder written, and the owner
thereof, and have, in respect of the said land, given the
notices prescribed by section 4 of the said Act, and have
in all respects complied with the provisions of the said
section: And whereas I have not thereby ascertained
who the owner is, and believe that such owner is not in
the colony, nor has such owner established his title to the
said land, as required by the said Act: I hereby give
notice that the said land is, under and by virtue of the
said Act, vested in me, as the Public Trustee as aforesaid,
as from the date of the publication hereof, and will be
administered under the said Act; the value of the land
for the purposes of section 5 of the said Act being less than
£100.
Dated at Wellington, this 1st day of May, 1906.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land, containing 50 acres, more or less,
being Allotment 102, in the Parish of Komokorau, in the
Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded on the east by
Lake Piko Piko.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under "The
Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894."

WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee,
have, for the purposes of "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1894," made due inquiries with respect to the land
described in the Schedule hereunder written, and the
owner thereof, and have, in respect of the said land,
given the notices prescribed by section 4 of the said Act,
and have in all respects complied with the provisions of
the said section: And whereas I have not thereby ascer-
tained who the owner is, and believe that such owner is
not in the colony, nor has such owner established his title
to the said land, as required by the said Act: I hereby
give notice that the said land is, under and by virtue of
the said Act, vested in me, as the Public Trustee as
aforesaid, as from the date of the publication hereof, and
will be administered under the said Act; the value of the
land for the purposes of section 5 of the said Act being less
than £100.

being Allotment No. 330, in the Town of Hamilton East and
Provincial District of Auckland.

Notice of Vesting of Land in the Public Trustee under "The
Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894."

WHEREAS I, the undersigned, the Public Trustee,
have, for the purposes of "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1894," made due inquiries with respect to the land
described in the Schedule hereunder written, and the owner
thereof, and have, in respect of the said land, given the
notices prescribed by section 4 of the said Act, and have
in all respects complied with the provisions of the said
section: And whereas I have not thereby ascertained
who the owner is, and believe that such owner is not in
the colony, nor has such owner established his title to the

being Allotment 159, Section 7, Parish of Waimana, Whaka-
tane Survey District, in the Provincial District of Auckland.
Bounded on the south-west by the Ouaki Creek.

Notice by the Public Trustee under "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1894."

To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing
1 acre, more or less, being Allotment 43, Town of Alexandra
East, in the Provincial District of Auckland. The grantee
is one Thomas Roberts, described as a private in the
2nd Regiment of Waikato Militia, who cannot be found.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries,
and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or
owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes
that such owner is, or owners are, not in the colony :
Now, this notice calls upon such owner or owners, within
six months of the date of the publication of this notice in
this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public
Trustee his or their title to the land specified in this notice ;
and, if such owner does or owners do not, within the time
limited, so establish his or their title, the Public Trustee
will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in
and by "The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894.
Dated this 4th day of May, 1906.

Notice by the Public Trustee under "The Unclaimed Lands
Act, 1894."

To the owner or owners of a parcel of land, containing
60 acres, more or less, being the south-eastern portion of
Allotment 52, Parish of Maungataniwha, in the Provincial
District of Auckland. The land was Crown-granted to
William Sandles, of Auckland, farmer, who cannot be
found.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries,
and has not thereby ascertained who the owner or
owners of the above-described land is or are, and believes
that such owner is, or owners are, not in the colony :
Now, this notice calls upon such owner or owners, within
six months of the date of the publication of this notice in
this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public
Trustee his or their title to the land specified in this notice ;
and, if such owner does or owners do not, within the time
limited, so establish his or their title, the Public Trustee
will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in
and by "The Unclaimed Lands Act, 1894."
