Result of Election of Trustee of a Drainage District.

THE following result of the election of a Trustee of the Aka Aka Drainage District has been received from the Returning Officer, and is published in accordance with the provisions of “The Land Drainage Act, 1904.”

Notice of laying off Roads over Native Lands in Waitakaruru Nos. 1 and 2 Blocks, Piako Survey District.

NOTICE is hereby given, under the authority contained in section 72 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” and amendment thereof, that the road mentioned in the Schedule hereto was in June, 1904, surveyed and laid off over the Native land therein mentioned under my direction; and that in terms of the said Act the site of such road shall be deemed to be a road dedicated to the public, and shall vest in His Majesty.
