Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessees of the lands mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Waitomo County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, proclaim as a road the lands in Otanake Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

Setting apart Land under “The Workers’ Dwellings Act, 1905.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of April, 1906.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE R. J. SEDDON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN exercise and pursuance of the power and authority vested in me by section three of “The Workers’ Dwellings Act, 1905,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of “The Workers’ Dwellings Act, 1905,” and its amendment, the said land being Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that land situated in the Sydenham Ward, City of Christchurch, Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 17 perches, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, and 35 of Original Rural Section No. 712, Christchurch Survey District; as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 51179/45, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this thirtieth day of April, 1906.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the road described in the Schedule hereto, known as the Creek Road, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
SCHEDULE.
CREEK ROAD.
ALL that portion of the road in the Wellington Land District, Rangitikei County, known as the Creek Road, commencing at the Ohingaiti-Waiouru Road, and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction along part frontage of Section 3, Block V, Hautapu Survey District, and terminating at the eastern boundary of Section 4, Block V, Hautapu Survey District, being a distance of 32 chains or thereabouts; as the same is delineated on the plan marked R. 4051, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, thereon coloured red, and lettered AB.
