Setting apart Lands in Otago Land District for Leasing as Small Grazing-runs under “The Land Act, 1892.”

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one-hundred-and-seventy-second section of “The Land Act, 1892,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and seventy-two to one hundred and eighty-six of Part V of “The Land Act, 1892,” relating to small grazing-runs.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventh day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Paparoa Parish, Block XII, Matakoe Survey District, Otamatea County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the owner of the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Matakoe Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road first hereinbefore proclaimed.

ERRATUM.—In Schedule to Order in Council dated the 18th day of April, 1906, published in Gazette No. 32, page 1101 (Range Road), for “Sections 35 and 36, Block I,” read “Block IV, Mount Cerberus Survey District.”
