Trustee for the Ashburton Public Cemeteries appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

DAVID COCHRANE

to be a Trustee, in the place of George Robertson, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Ashburton Public Cemeteries, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six.
