Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.

SCHEDULE.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 26 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 2, 3, 4, and 5, Puponga Village, Block II, One-taua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Hall-Jones Street; towards the east by Duncan Street; towards the south by Section No. 6, Puponga Village; and towards the west by Section No. 1 of the said village: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 55096/1, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Notifying Lands in Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-thirteenth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and six, as the time at which the lands enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto opposite the description of such lands respectively.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

SYDNEY ARTHUR ROBERT MAIR

to be a Trustee, in the place of Charles Nolan, who has left the district, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Hunter ville Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Trustees for the Albury Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Section No. 3672, in red (Rosewill Settlement), Block IV, Opawa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 2A, Block IV, Opawa Survey District; towards the north-east by the Town Belt of the Opawa Township; towards the south-east and towards the south-west by Section No. 12 of Block IV aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 55095, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north by the South Road, 760·4 links; towards the east by Section No. 13, 629 links; towards the south by Section No. 14, 720·6 links; and towards the west by Section No. 10, 385·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 53986, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this third day of April, one thousand nine hundred and six.
