NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
existing between Mr. A. P. Mason and Mr. R. R.
Richmond, in the business of Civil Engineers and Surveyors,
and carried on under the name of “Mason and Richmond,”
has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March, 1906.
Each of the late partners will for the future carry on busi-
ness on his own account.
Dated at Wellington, this 5th day of April, 1906.

has for some time past been carried on by Percival
Clark Luxford and Stanley Fairhall Luxford, under the
style or firm of “Luxford Bros.,” at Newtown, in the City
of Wellington, in the trade or business of Butchers, has this
day been dissolved by mutual consent. The said business
will as from this day be carried on by the said Percival
Clark Luxford alone, under the style or firm of “Luxford
Bros.,” who will pay and discharge all debts and lia-
bilities of the said late firm, and receive all moneys due
thereto.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has
for some time past been carried on by Albert
William Rowlands and Archibald Clapham, under the style
or firm of “The British and Colonial Confectionery Com-
pany,” at Holland Street, in the City of Wellington, in the
trade or business of Manufacturing Confectioners, was this
day dissolved by mutual consent.
The said Archibald Clapham will continue to carry on the
said business alone

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has
for some time past been carried on by Henry Ridg-
way and Richard Sorenson, under the style of “Ridgway
and Sorenson,” at Hastings, in the business of Coach-
builders, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. The
said Richard Sorenson will receive all moneys due to the
late firm, and will discharge all the liabilities thereof.

PATENT OFFICE SUPPLEMENT.
A SPECIAL Supplement to the New Zealand
Gazette is now published fortnightly, con-
taining all notices concerning patents and trade-marks
required by law to be gazetted; also, particulars of
lapsed applications for patents, expired letters patent,
and other information useful to inventors, manufac-
turers, and others. The Supplement will be issued
free to subscribers to the Gazette, and to others on
payment of a subscription of ten shillings per annum,
payable in advance to the Government Printer.
BANKRUPTCY NOTICES.
THE public are informed that extracts from the
New Zealand Gazette, containing all Bank-
ruptcy Notices that appear in each issue, are pub-
lished weekly, and will be sent post-free to any address
on payment of a subscription of 10s. per annum.
