No. 1 of 1905. An Act to amend “The Otago Harbour Board Empowering Act, 1903.”

No. 2 of 1905. An Act to vest certain Lands in the Board of Governors of the Palmerston North High School.

No. 3 of 1905. An Act to empower the Wanganui Harbour Board to borrow Sixty Thousand Pounds.

No. 4 of 1905. An Act to confer upon the Council of the Borough of Eltham Power to borrow Money for Drainage and Water-supply Connections, and other Powers in relation to Drainage, Sanitation, and Water-supply.

No. 5 of 1905. An Act to make Provision for the Drainage and Sewerage of the Borough of Timaru, and for other Purposes.

No. 6 of 1905. An Act to consolidate certain Acts relating to the Oamaru Athenæum and Mechanics’ Institute.

No. 7 of 1905. An Act to consolidate certain Enactments of the General Assembly relating to the Havelock Commonage.

No. 8 of 1905. An Act to enable the Auckland Harbour Board to exchange certain Lands with the Corporation of the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland; and to enable the vesting in the Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland of Portions of Fanshawe Street in Exchange for Land to be given up by the said Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland for the Purposes of a Public Road; and for vesting in the Board certain Land the property of the Roman Catholic Bishop of Auckland.

No. 9 of 1905. An Act to authorise the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland to provide for the Retirement of certain Debentures issued in respect of certain Loans under “The Municipal Corporations Waterworks Act, 1872,” “The Auckland Waterworks Act, 1872,” and “The Auckland Waterworks Act Amendment Act, 1876”; and making certain Provisions with reference to the Sinking Funds already provided and hereafter to be provided in respect of such Loans; and also making certain Amendments in “The Auckland City Borrowing Act Amendment Act, 1904.”

No. 10 of 1905. An Act to empower the Corporation of the Borough of Petone to purchase a Lease of Land for Waterworks Conservation Purposes.

No. 11 of 1905. An Act to authorise the Trustees of the Eltham Public Hall to sell to the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Eltham a certain Parcel of Land in the said Borough, and to empower the said Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses to deal with the said Land.

No. 12 of 1905. An Act to amend “The Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885.”

No. 13 of 1905. An Act to validate and confirm a Settlement made by the Petone Borough Council of a Claim for Compensation.

No. 14 of 1905. An Act to authorise the Disposal of certain Reserved Land in Dannevirke.

No. 15 of 1905. An Act to consolidate certain Acts of the General Assembly relating to Gisborne Harbour.

No. 16 of 1905. An Act to authorise the Exchange of certain Lands in the Borough of Oamaru.

No. 17 of 1905. An Act to enable the Wellington Hospital Contributors and the Wellington Society for Relief of the Aged Needy to Exchange certain Lands situate in the City of Wellington.

No. 18 of 1905. An Act to empower the Auckland Harbour Board to convey a certain Portion of Shoal Bay of the Harbour of Auckland to the Devonport Borough Council for a Public Domain and Park and Recreation-ground.

No. 19 of 1905. An Act to further expedite the Establishment of the Dilworth Ulster Institute, and to confer upon the Trustees of the Will of the late James Dilworth Additional Powers for the Purpose of enabling them to carry out more effectively the Trusts of the said Will.

No. 20 of 1905. An Act to empower the Masterton Trust Lands Trustees to borrow Ten Thousand Pounds for the Purpose of erecting Buildings on Trust Properties, and paying off the Balance of the Loan on the Town Hall.

No. 21 of 1905. An Act to constitute the Borough of Eastbourne.

No. 22 of 1905. An Act to vest the Foreshore of Corsair Bay, Lyttelton Harbour, in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Lyttelton.

No. 23 of 1905. An Act to enable the Body corporate called “The Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Birkenhead” (hereinafter called “the Corporation”) to co-operate with the Auckland Harbour Board (hereinafter called “the Board”) in the Construction and Completion of certain Reclamation-works in the Auckland Harbour, upon the said Harbour-frontage of the Borough of Birkenhead.

No. 24 of 1905. An Act to amend “The Auckland Harbour Board Loan and Empowering Act, 1904.”

No. 25 of 1905. An Act to amend “The Dunedin City and Suburban Tramways and Water-power Act, 1903.”

No. 26 of 1905. An Act to remove Doubts as to certain Proceedings of the Council of the County of Ohinemuri in relation to the Raising of a Loan of One Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Pounds for the Purpose of acquiring, laying-out, fencing, forming, and planting a Public Recreation-ground and Public Domain at Paeroa, in the County of Ohinemuri.

No. 27 of 1905. An Act to enable the Oamaru Borough Council to raise a Loan of Four Thousand Pounds under the Provisions of Part II of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901,” and to empower the Government to grant such Loan to such Council.

No. 28 of 1905. An Act to vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Masterton a Portion of Section 104, Masterton Small-farm Settlement, belonging to the Masterton Trust Lands Trustees, for the Purpose of Public Recreation-ground.

No. 29 of 1905. An Act to amend “The Dunedin District Drainage and Sewerage Act, 1900.”

No. 30 of 1905. An Act to constitute a Harbour Board for the Harbour of Havelock (Marlborough).

No. 31 of 1905. An Act to amend “The Christchurch District Drainage Act, 1875.”

No. 32 of 1905. An Act to enable the Body corporate called “The Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland” (hereinafter called “the City Council”) to erect and construct a Bridge over a Portion of the Symonds Street Cemetery, in the City of Auckland, and to maintain such Bridge when so erected, and when and if necessary for the Purposes of and in and about the Erection, Construction, and Maintenance of such Bridge, to disturb certain Graves in such Cemetery, and disinter the Bodies interred therein, and to remove and reinter such Bodies to and in the Waikomiti Cemetery; and also to borrow a Sum not exceeding Eight Thousand Pounds for the Purpose of completing the Refuse-destructor at Auckland aforesaid.

No. 33 of 1905. An Act to enable the Canterbury College, incorporated under the Provisions of “The Canterbury College and the Canterbury Agricultural College Act, 1896,” to apply any Sum or Sums of Money which is or are or may from time to time and at any time hereafter be held by or vested in the said College upon Trust or by way of Endowment for the Purposes of a Girls’ High School, or which is or may be available for the Purposes of such a School or in connection therewith, but not exceeding in the Aggregate a Sum of Five Thousand Pounds, in or towards or for the Purchase of Land adjacent to or lying in the Vicinity of that Parcel of Land belonging to the said College, situate at the Junction of Armagh Street and Montreal Street, in the City of Christchurch, known as the “Christchurch Girls’ High School,” or in adding to the Buildings now used as such Girls’ High School or in connection therewith, or in the Erection of a New Building or Buildings to be used for the Purposes of the said School or in connection therewith.

No. 34 of 1905. An Act to vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Invercargill certain Parcels of Land in the Invercargill Hundred in trust for the purpose of a Cemetery.

No. 35 of 1905. An Act to vest in the Lyttelton Harbour Board certain Parcels of Land being Portions of the Foreshore in the Port of Lyttelton used as Sites for Jetties and Wharves.

No. 36 of 1905. An Act to consolidate certain Acts of the General Assembly relating to the Nelson Harbour Board.

No. 37 of 1905. An Act to consolidate certain Acts of the General Assembly relating to the Oxford Road District, in the County of Ashley.

No. 38 of 1905. An Act to constitute a Harbour District and a Harbour Board for the Harbour of Motueka.

No. 39 of 1905. An Act to consolidate certain Acts of the General Assembly relating to Hokitika Harbour.

No. 40 of 1905. An Act to amend the Auckland Hospital Reserves Acts.

No. 41 of 1905. An Act to make Further Provision regarding a Commonage or Racecourse at Tapanui.

No. 42 of 1905. An Act to declare that certain Private Streets and Private Ways in the City of Wellington are Streets.

No. 43 of 1905. An Act to enable the Education Board of the District of Otago to lease Lands vested in such Board and to apply the Net Proceeds thereof for Special Purposes.

No. 44 of 1905. An Act to empower the Borough Councils of Petone and Hutt to Provide for the Wellington Harbour Board a Site for Wharf-shed Accommodation at Petone, and to empower the Petone Borough Council to extinguish Private Rights in the Petone Beach, and to empower the Governor to vest the said Beach in the Petone Borough Council, and thereafter to vest Part of the said Beach in the Wellington Harbour Board.
