K (Black Umbrella); thence due north to a point due east of East Dome; thence west to the east boundary of Section 3, Block IV., Wakaia District; thence along the said boundary to the south-east corner of Block IV. aforesaid; thence west to the Wakaia River; thence by that river to a point due west of the south-west corner of Section 69, Block I., Wakaia District; thence due east to the Argyle Burn; thence south-west along the said burn, and again east and then south-east following the boundary of Run 529 to the south boundary of Wakaia District; and thence due east to the point of commencement: excepting from the land hereinbefore described Sections 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block X., and Section 7, Block III., Wakaia District.
