Also all that parcel of land being the whole of Run 327A, all Block X., and Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block III., and Section 69, Block I., Wakaia District, bounded as follows: Commencing at a point on the southern boundary of Wakaia District due north of Trig. K (Black Umbrella); thence due north to a point due east of East Dome; thence west to the east boundary of Section 3, Block IV., Wakaia District; thence along the said boundary to the south-east corner of Block IV. aforesaid; thence west to the Wakaia River; thence by that river to a point due west of the south-west corner of Section 69, Block I., Wakaia District; thence due east to the Argyle Burn; thence south-west along the said burn, and again east and then south-east following the boundary of Run 529 to the south boundary of Wakaia District; and thence due east to the point of commencement: excepting from the land hereinbefore described Sections 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block X., and Section 7, Block III., Wakaia District.

Also all that parcel of land being Section 30 (Waiparu Village), Block IV, Wendon District.
