NOTICE is hereby given that, the lease of the undermentioned land having been forfeited by resolution of the
Auckland Land Board, the said land has thereby reverted to the Crown under the provisions of "The Land
Act, 1892."

NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned
village-homestead allotment will be open for selection on lease in perpetuity, at this office, on Wednesday,
the 4th day of April, 1906, under the provisions of "The
Land Act, 1892."
If more than one application is received for the allotment
on the same day, the order of selection shall be decided by
ballot.

Situated on the Huia Road. The access is from Pongaroa
Township, which is about one mile and a quarter distant,
of which half a mile is metalled road, the remainder being a
6ft. track. The section comprises flat and low undulating
land, grassed, and watered by a creek. The soil is of good
quality, resting on papa formation. The elevation ranges
from about 500 ft. to 600 ft. above sea-level. The improvements consist of 19½ acres felled and grassed, about 37 chains
of fencing (out of repair), and a whare.
