Land taken for a Road in Block II, Weber Survey District, Weber County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1905,” for a certain work, to wit, for the purpose of a road in Block II, Weber Survey District:
And whereas an agreement has been entered into with the owner of the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto to take such land for the public work hereinafter set forth:
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue a Proclamation taking the land, as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of the agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a road.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the seventy-third section of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1901” (herein termed “the said Act”), it is, amongst other things, enacted that before certain moneys therein mentioned shall be expended upon any block of land it shall be necessary that the same be proclaimed as set apart for settlement:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the said Act, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for settlement.

Declaring the Approach Road to Frankton Junction Railway-station, in the Hamilton Survey District, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this second day of February, 1906.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE R. J. SEDDON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order that the road known as the Approach Road to Frankton Junction Station, on the Kai-para–Waikato Railway, situated in the Hamilton Survey District, and described in the Schedule hereto, and which said road has hitherto been a Government road within the meaning of the said Act, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

All that area in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing 3 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, situated at Frankton Junction Station, on the Kaipara–Waikato Railway, being part of Lot 1 of the Parish of Te Rapa, County of Waipa (formerly Waikato), and being bounded as follows: On the north by a road which forms a portion of the
