ROAD CLOSED.

Approximate Area of Road hereby closed. Being Portion of Road intersecting Section No Situated in Block Situated in Survey District of Shown on Plan Coloured on Plan
A. R. P. 3 2 24 100, 101, and 102. Square 6 IV Wanga-peka R. 1179 Green.

All in the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

Lands taken for a Hospital-site, and for a Sanatorium, near Otaki, in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, Horowhenua County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1905,” for certain works, to wit, for the purpose of the existing hospital-site, and for the purpose of a sanatorium, for the cure of consumptive patients, at or near Otaki, in Block IX, Waitohu Survey District, and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the same:

And whereas the District of Wellington Hospital Board has laid before the Governor the memorial, accompanied by a map, and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the land mentioned in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of the said hospital-site, and the land mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purpose of a sanatorium, and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the same, and the said lands shall thereupon vest in the District of Wellington Hospital Board.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1905,” for Waitomo Caves Accommodation-house:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1905,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an accommodation-house as aforesaid. And it is hereby declared that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-seventh day of December, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this nineteenth day of December, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six.
