Description of Reserve exchanged. Description of Land obtained in Exchange therefor.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 1 perch, more or less, being Section No. 32 of the Village of Taneatua. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 31 of the Village of Taneatua; towards the south-east by a public road; towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 22, 21, and 20 of the aforesaid village; and towards the north-west by Section No. 23 of the said village: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 18937/360, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue. Reserved for a site for a drillshed in New Zealand Gazette No. 67, of the 27th August, 1903, page 1870.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section No. 31 of the Village of Taneatua. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 30 of the Village of Taneatua; towards the south-east by a public road; towards the south-west by Section No. 32 of the aforesaid village; and towards the north-west by Section No. 24 of the said village: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 18937/360, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in the Wellington Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS the provisions and requirements of the seventh section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” have been duly complied with in respect of the land described in the first column of the Schedule hereto: And whereas notices in the Gazette have been duly published for four consecutive weeks, and laid before both Houses of Assembly, as provided by the said section of the said Act: And whereas no resolution of either House of Assembly has been passed that such House does not concur in the intention declared in any such notice:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Act aforesaid, do hereby change the specific purpose of the reserve described in the first column of the Schedule hereto from that named therein to that named in the second column of the said Schedule.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 26 perches, more or less, being Section No. 701A, Town of Wanganui. Bounded towards the north-east by Indus Street, towards the south by Asylum Road, and towards the north-west by Ingestre Street; as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 48802A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. Reserved for railway purposes in New Zealand Gazette No.7, of the 29th January, 1903.

Municipal.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirtieth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and six.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 29 perches, more or less, being portion of Section No. 178, City of Nelson. Bounded towards the north by St. John Street, 91·9 links; towards the east by Harley Street, 196·9 links; towards the south by other portion of said Section No. 178, 92·2 links; and towards the west by a public right-of-way, 196·3 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54539, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
