NEWTON RIVER HYDRAULIC SLUICING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the Newton River Hydraulic Sluicing Company (Limited), duly convened, and held at No. 39, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, 1st November, 1905, the following extraordinary resolutions were duly passed, viz.:

  1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

  2. That HENRY GILFILLAN, the Younger, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.
