of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM CUNNINGHAM

to be Trustees, in the place of Rees Davies, Samuel Steel,
Morgan Davies, and John Duncan, to provide for the
maintenance and care of the Hororata Public Cemetery,
in conjunction with Sir John Hall, the Rev. James
Ronaldson, and Herbert Oliver, previously appointed by
His Excellency the Governor.

Trustees for the Mayfield Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries
Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first column
of the Schedule hereto to be trustees to provide for the
maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in
the second column of the said Schedule.

James Dellow, Edward Taylor, Robert Glassey, George Murdoch, Thomas Bennett, and Samuel Boyd McLaughlan. MAYFIELD. All that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres, more or less, being Reserves Nos. 3049 and 3069 (in red), situated in Block XI., Shepherd’s Bush Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Rural Section No. 30139; towards the north-east and south-east by Reserve No. 2589; and towards the south-west by a public road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 26149, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this thirtieth day of October, one thousand nine
hundred and five.
