NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to section 230 of “The Companies Act, 1903,” a General Meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company will be held at the office of the company, No. 5, Lambton Quay, on the 3rd day of November, 1905, at 4 p.m., for the purpose of having the Liquidator’s report laid before it showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and receiving any explanation the Liquidator may wish to give thereon.
