SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 8 perches, more or less, being Section No. 80A, Block XIV., Ohinewairua Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the road reserve along the right bank of the Hautapu River; towards the south-east by Section No. 87, Block XIV., Ohinewairua Survey District; towards the south by Section No. 80 of the said Block XIV. and by the main road to Taihape Township; and towards the north-west by Section No. 80 aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53922, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a reserve for depositing refuse.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five.

Land temporarily reserved in the Wellington Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Wellington Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purpose in the said Schedule specified at the end of the description of the land so intended to be temporarily reserved.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 22 acres 2 roods, more or less, being Section No 15, Block XV., Ngamatea Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Crown land; towards the north-east by Stock Road; towards the south and towards the west by Section No. 11, Block XV., Ngamatea Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54202, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a scenic reserve.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and five.

and towards the north-west by Sections Nos. 383 and 382, Block V., Nukumaru Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54176, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a scenic reserve.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block V., Nukumaru Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and towards the south-east by the Makokako Road; towards the south by Section No. 11, in Block V., Nukumaru Survey District; and towards the north-west by the Rangitatau 1p No. 2 Block: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54176A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a scenic reserve.

All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 39 acres, more or less, being Section No. 3, Block V., Nukumaru Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 9, in Block V., Nukumaru Survey District; towards the south-east by the Waitotara Road, the crossing of same, and by Section No. 9 aforesaid; and towards the south-west by the Waitotara Road aforesaid: exclusive of that portion of the Waitotara Road which intersects the above-described area: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 54176B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a scenic reserve.

ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods 31 7/5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block I., Gordon Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at a point on the north-west boundary-line of Section No. 1, Square 5 (the said point being distant 169·5 links in a south-westerly direction bearing S. 7° 52′ W. from the north-westernmost corner of the said Section No. 1), and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction along the said boundary-line bearing S. 7° 50′ W. a distance of 109·7 links; thence in a north-westerly direction along lines bearing respectively N. 69° 5′ W., N. 63° 40′ W., N. 58° 20′ W., N. 51° 58′ W., and N. 51° 43′ W., with distances respectively of 356, 297, 331, 483, and 448·1 links, to peg No. VI. (shown on plan hereinafter referred to); thence in a north-easterly direction along a line bearing N. 59° 52′ E. a distance of 106 links to peg No. VII. (shown on plan hereinafter referred to); thence in a south-easterly direction along lines bearing respectively S. 51° 34′ E., S. 77° 54′ E., and S. 86° 21′ E., with distances respectively of 418, 560·8, and 387·8 links; thence again in a south-westerly direction along a line bearing S. 30° 31′ W. a distance of 418 links; and thence again in a south-easterly direction along a line bearing S. 68° 36′ E. a distance of 521 links to the point of commencement. For railway purposes.

All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block I., Gordon Survey District. Bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost corner of Section No. 8, Block I., Gordon Survey District (the said corner being peg No. VII. as shown on plan hereinafter referred to), and proceeding thence in a north-westerly direc-
