EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of certificate of title, Register-book, Vol. 169, folio 40, comprising part of Lot 16, Plan 89, part of Rural Section 79, situated in the Sydenham Ward of the City of Christchurch, whereof LYDIA ANNA KIDDEY, Widow, is the registered proprietor, and application having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I will issue such provisional certificate of title on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the company’s registered office, Ward’s Building, situated in the Crescent, Invercargill, on the 18th day of July, 1905, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company, duly convened, and held at the same place on the 14th day of August, 1905, the following special resolution was duly confirmed: “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1903,’ and that EDWARD HENRY WHITMORE, the Secretary of the company, be hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose for such winding-up.”
