Trustees for the Dovedale Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

The Dovedale Road Board. DOVEDALE.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being part Section No. 74, Block II., Wai-iti Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 74, 450 links; towards the east by Section No. 74, 890 links; towards the south by a public road, 200 links; and towards the west generally by a school-ground and Section No. 72, 1140 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 53993, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and five.

Trustees for the Porirua Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.
