Trustees for the Dovedale Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by other parts of said Section No. 60; towards the south-east by a public road; and towards the south-west by Section No. 57 of the said Block V., Belmont Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 26113, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red. |
