A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Maungakaramea Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Tangihua Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the lessee and of the mortgagee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Stratford County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Poutu Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under “The Public Works Act, 1894,” for a certain work, to wit, for the purposes of a road in Block V., Orieri Survey District:
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister has recommended the Governor to issue a Proclamation taking the lands as required by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in that behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, the lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for the purposes of a road.
