THE CHRISTCHURCH TRAMWAY COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE OF WINDING-UP.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in this company held at its registered office, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on Saturday, the 5th day of August, 1905, the following special resolution was passed, namely:—

"That the Christchurch Tramway Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of 'The Companies Act, 1903,' and that Mr. CECIL MORTON OLLIVIER, of Christchurch, Accountant, be the Liquidator for the purpose of the winding-up, and that the remuneration of such Liquidator for his services in the winding-up be fixed by the meeting at the sum of twenty pounds (£20) in addition to his out-of-pocket expenses."

THE PHARMACY BOARD OF NEW ZEALAND.

NOTICE is hereby given that nominations for a candidate to fill the vacancy upon the Board for the Auckland District caused by the resignation of Mr. Graves Aickin having been duly invited, and only one nomination having been received, that of Mr. Peter Mitchell Mackay, I hereby declare the said Mr. Peter Mitchell Mackay to have been duly elected to fill the said vacancy.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership at one time existing between the undersigned, as Drapers and Clothiers, at Arch Hill, Coromandel, and Opotiki, under the style of "Rostgard Bros.," was dissolved by mutual consent on the fifteenth day of August, 1902; and that the business of the late partnership has since, and will hereafter, be carried on at Arch Hill by the undersigned Adolph Jorgen Rostgard on his own account, and at Coromandel and Opotiki by the undersigned Hans Rostgard on his own account.
