Trustees for the Paterangi Public Cemetery appointed.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

WILLIAM GOODFELLOW MACKY,
SAMUEL CHRISTIE BAIRD MACKY, and
JOSEPH HENRY WEBB

to be Trustees, in the place of John Ohye, who has left the district, and William Macky and Frederic Charles Germann, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Paterangi Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and five.
