CAVE DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 1 rood 35 perches, more or less, being Section No. 3683 in red (Rosewill Settlement), Block IX., Pareora Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the Mackenzie Main Road; towards the north-east by Section No. 77 of Block IX., Pareora Survey District; towards the south-east by Section No. 74 of the said Block IX.; and towards the south-west by the abutment of a public road, and by Section No. 29 of Block IX. aforesaid, and by the Mackenzie Main Road: as the same is delineated in the plan marked S.G. 53343, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-fourth day of July, 1905.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such person or persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the sixth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and five, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint

TOKO DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres and 31 perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 36 and part of Subsection 1 of Section No. 36, Block III., Ngaire Survey District. Bounded towards the north and north-east by part of Section No. 36, 1083·4 links; towards the south-east by a railway reserve, 1460·5 links; and towards the west by a road and part of Section No. 36, 1077 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52756, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Notice of Intention to change the Purpose of a Portion of a Reserve in the Otago Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.
WHEREAS by “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” it is, amongst other things, enacted that the Governor may declare his intention to change or alter the dedication of any public reserve now or hereafter vested in His Majesty or the Governor for any of the purposes named in Class II. of the Schedule to the said Act, whether the same be granted or not; and if it shall, in the opinion of the Governor, be expedient to change the purpose of such reserve or any part thereof from the purpose or presumed purpose for which it was set apart to any other purpose, the Governor may, by notice gazetted, declare his intention to make such change, and in such notice declare the manner and terms in which the same is intended to be so made:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” aforesaid, declare my intention to change the specific purpose of the portion of the reserve described in the second column of the Schedule hereto from that named in the first column to that named in the third column thereof.

Warrant authorising the Pohangina County Council to construct a Bridge over the Pohangina River at Ferry Crossing, Raumai, and apportioning the Cost of the same.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirteen of “The Public Works Act, 1894” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is, inter alia, enacted that in any case where the local authority of any district desires to construct a bridge in any position that will, in its opinion, be of advantage and benefit to the whole or any considerable portion of the inhabitants of an adjacent district or districts, as well as to the inhabitants of its own district, and where it is, in the opinion of such local authority, reasonable that the local authority of such adjacent district or districts should contribute to the cost of constructing or establishing the said bridge, the provisions in the said section mentioned shall have effect:
And whereas the Pohangina County Council has made application to the Governor to authorise the construction of the bridge mentioned in the Schedule hereto (hereinafter referred to as “the said bridge”), and to apportion the cost of constructing the said bridge between the said Council, the Oroua County Council, the Palmerston Borough Council, and the Feilding Borough Council in manner hereinafter appearing:
