All that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 38⁷⁄₁₀ perches, more or less, being Section No. 9, Block I., Matire Township. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 10 of Block I., Matire Township, a distance of 212·4 links; thence towards the east by Sections Nos. 11 and 12 of the said Block I., a distance of 98·3 links; thence towards the south by Sections Nos. 8 and 7 of Block I. aforesaid, a distance of 279·4 links; and thence towards the north-west by a public road, a distance of 119 links.
