Land taken for a Portion of the Greymouth-Hokitika-Ross Railway.

PLUNKET, Governor.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a portion of the Greymouth-Hokitika-Ross Railway:

And whereas all conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purpose hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and sixty-seven of "The Public Works Act, 1904," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a portion of the line of railway hereinbefore specified.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this seventeenth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and five.

Additional Land in Tauhoa Survey District taken for the Purposes of the Helensville Northwards Railway.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Helensville Northwards Railway to take further land in the Tauhoa Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-eight and one hundred and sixty-seven of "The Public Works Act, 1894," and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of "The Land Act, 1892," and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owner and mortgagee of the land hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Waimarino County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the land in Makotuku Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—
