Notice of the Laying-off of Road through Mangaroa A No. 2 Block, Ohura Survey District, Clifton County.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 10th December, 1904, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated 14th October, 1904.

In the Land District of Taranaki; as the same is delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Notice of the Laying-off of Roads through Section 4, Block XI., Maungamangero Survey District; the Kinohaku E. No. 4h Block No. 6479h, the Kinohaku E. No. 4g Block No. 6479g, Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District; the Kinohaku E. No. 4b Block No. 6479b, Maungamangero Survey District, Block XII., and the Otanake Survey District, Block XI.; and the Kinohaku E. No. 5 Block No. 6375, Block IX., Otanake Survey District, Auckland Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the roads described in the Schedule hereto were duly taken and laid off on the 19th March, 1904, and 11th October, 1904, through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrants dated 7th October, 1903, and 13th August, 1904.

SCHEDULE.

SECTION 4, BLOCK XI., MAUNGAMANGERO SURVEY DISTRICT.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 11 acres 1 rood, more or less, situated in Block XI., Maungamangero Survey District, and being a road-line of a width of not less than 100 links, traversing Section No. 4 of the above block, the middle line of which commences at a point on the Mangaotaki River at a distance of 108·3 links from its confluence with the Mairoa River, and proceeds easterly generally for a distance of 9401 links to the eastern boundary of Section 4, at a distance of 394·3 links from its eastern angle.

KINOHAKU EAST NO. 4H BLOCK.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 1 rood 8 perches, more or less, situated in Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links wide and varying in width traversing the north-eastern portion of the Kinohaku East No. 4h Block No. 6479h, the southern line of which commences at a point on the eastern boundary of Section No. 4, Block XI., Maungamangero Survey District, being the termination of the southern boundary of the road traversing that section, and proceeds south-easterly for a distance of 2920 links to its intersection by the northern boundary of the aforesaid block.

Also all that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 perches, more or less, situated in Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District, and being a portion of a road-line triangular in form, and lying along and within the northern boundary of the Kinohaku East No. 4h Block, the southern side of which commences at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 6065 links, more or less, from its north-western angle, and continues easterly for a distance of 111 links, more or less, to its termination again by the said northern boundary.

Also all that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 32 perches, more or less, situated in Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District, and being a road line 100 links wide traversing the north-eastern portion of the Kinohaku East No. 4h Block No. 6479h, the middle line of which commences at a point on the northern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 332·8 links from the south-eastern angle of the Kinohaku East No. 4g Block No. 6479g, and thence proceeds south-easterly generally for a distance of 5952·6 links, more or less, to the south-eastern boundary of the first-mentioned block at road-peg No. XIV.

Also all that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, situated in Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the Kinohaku East No. 4h Block No. 6479h, the middle line of which commences at a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Puketiti Block No. 6382E at a distance of 872·3 links from Korokoro, and proceeds north-easterly generally for a distance of 8334 links, more or less, to its junction with another road traversing the aforesaid block, and containing 5 acres 3 roods 32 perches, at a distance of 204·5 links to the eastward of road-peg No. LVII.

KINOHAKU EAST NO. 4G BLOCK.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 3 roods 19 perches, more or less, situated in Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links wide and varying in width traversing the southern portion of the Kinohaku East No. 4g Block No. 6479g, the middle line of which commences at a point on the southern boundary of the aforesaid block at a distance of 332·8 links from its south-eastern angle, and thence proceeds westerly generally for a distance of 8310·6 links, more or less, to its intersection by the southern boundary of the aforesaid block.

Also all that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, situated in Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District, and being a portion of a road of irregular width lying along and within the southern boundary of the Kinohaku East No. 4g Block, the southern side of which commences at the south-western angle of the portion of road hereinbefore described, containing 7 acres 3 roods 19 perches, and proceeds westerly for a distance of 920 links, more or less, to its intersection by the north-western boundary of the road aforesaid.

KINOHAKU EAST NO. 4B BLOCK.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 2 roods, more or less, situated in Block XII., Maungamangero Survey District, and Block XI., Otanake Survey District, and being a road-line 100 links wide traversing the Kinohaku East No. 4b Block No. 6479b, the middle line of which commences at the middle line of the termination of the road on the south-eastern boundary of the Kinohaku East No. 4h Block No. 6479h, and proceeds south-easterly generally for a distance of 12510 links, more or less, to a point on the southern boundary of the Kinohaku East No. 5 Block at a distance of 487·4 links from the marked angle on that boundary.

KINOHAKU EAST NO. 5 BLOCK.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 22 perches, more or less, situated in Block IX., Otanake Survey District, and being a road of a width of not less than 100 links, traversing the Kinohaku East No. 5 Block No. 6375, the middle line of which commences at a point on the southern boundary of the aforesaid block being the termination of the middle line of the road, containing 12 acres 2 roods, which traverses the Kinohaku East No. 4b Block, and proceeds north-easterly generally for a distance of 2846 links, more or less, to its junction with the Mairoa Road.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on plans marked R. 6243, 6243A, 6243B, and coloured sienna thereon, deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.
