At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of January, 1905.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE T. Y. DUNCAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by two Orders in Council made under the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” on the eleventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourteenth July then instant, certain powers in respect of the lands therein described were delegated to the Winchester Domain Board and the Winchester Recreation, Cricket, and other Sports Domain Board respectively in manner as therein appears: And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said Orders in Council and to make other provision as hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by “The Domain Boards Act, 1904,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in this behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Orders in Council, and doth hereby appoint
WILLIAM DE RENZIE,
JAMES PATERSON,
JOHN ALBERT YOUNG,
FREDERICK WILLIAM SHALLARD, and
DANIEL McCASKILL
to be the Winchester Domain Board having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904,” and doth also hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and five, at three o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Mechanics' Institute, Winchester, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 42 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections Nos. 2402 and 2449 (in red), Block XIV., Geraldine Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Reserve 283 (in red) and the Winchester to Beach Road; towards the east by the railway reserve; towards the south by Reserve 2401; and towards the west by the Main South Road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50578, deposited in the Head Office of the Lands and Survey Department, Wellington.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of January, 1905.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE T. Y. DUNCAN PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section two of “The Domain Boards Act, 1904” (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such person or persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board, having, subject to “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” control of such domain:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto was, under the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” constituted a public domain by an Order in Council made and issued on the twenty-third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and four, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 96, of the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and four:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the said domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council of the said Colony of New Zealand, doth hereby appoint
Charles Walter Field,
Walter F. Parkinson,
John Parkinson,
Joseph H. Parkinson,
William Alexander Gray,
John Coop,
George Robert Field,
Frank Gillam Birdling, and
George White,
all of Ataahua, farmers, to be the Ataahua Domain Board having the control of the land described in the said Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act, and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and five, at seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Kaituna, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 39 perches, more or less, being Section No. 3705, in red (formerly part of Section No. 1A, Block VII., subdivision of Reserve No. 959), Block III., Ellesmere Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Sections Nos. 34083 and 34085 of Block III., Ellesmere Survey District, a distance of 962·5 links; thence towards the east generally by Section No. 1A of said block, a distance of 1119·2 links, to the Christchurch and Little River Main Road; thence towards the south-east by the said main road, a distance of 625·5 links; and thence towards the south-west by Section No. 3704 (in red) to the point of commencement.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by “The Public Works Act, 1894,” and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that the road known as the Tiraumea Road, described in the Schedule hereto, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be a county road.
