TIRAUMEA ROAD.
ALL that road in the Wellington Land District commencing at a point on the north-east side of the Kaitawa Township near the north-west corner of Section 5, Block VIII., Makuri Survey District, and proceeding thence generally southerly to the boundary between the Pahiatua and the Masterton Counties, in the south-western corner of Section 16, Block V., Puketoi Survey District, for a distance of eleven miles or thereabouts; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked R. 947, and deposited in the office of the Chief Engineer of Roads, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and coloured blue and marked E.F. thereon.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of January, 1905.

WHEREAS by section four of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895,” it is enacted that the Governor may, by Order in Council, except from the operation of section one hundred and seventeen of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894” (hereinafter called “the said Act”), for a limited period or otherwise, and either generally or for such purposes and subject to such restrictions as shall be in such Order specified, any land, wheresoever situate, which is for the time being subject to the operation of the said section, or any interest therein or right over the same, or may in like manner make such exception in favour exclusively of any lessee or other person who has been bonâ fide in occupation of and has made improvements on such land, or has paid money to Native owners for lease or purchase thereof, prior to the passing of the said Act: Provided that no Order in Council under the provisions of this section shall take effect until after the expiration of two months from the date of the publication thereof in the Gazette: Provided also that every alienation under the provisions of this section shall be confirmed by the Court in terms of section fifty-three of the said Act:
And whereas the Aotea District Maori Land Council, by a recommendation made on the nineteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, and received on the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and four, has recommended His Excellency the Governor to except from the operation of section one hundred and seventeen of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the purpose of alienation by way of lease, all that parcel of land, containing thirty acres, being part of the land known as Pakaraka No. 1e:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by section four of “The Native Land Laws Amendment Act, 1895,” and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby except from the operation of section one hundred and seventeen of “The Native Land Court Act, 1894,” for the purpose of alienation by way of lease, the block or parcel of land, situate in the Provincial District of Wellington, containing 30 acres, being part of the land known as Pakaraka No. 1e, and being part of the land comprised in partition order of the Native Land Court dated the fourteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred, in favour of Rihari Uru te Angina and another.

Recreation-ground in Auckland Land District brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings, at Wellington, this fourteenth day of January, 1905.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for public recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 13 perches, more or less, being Section No. 125, Parish of Kaiwaka. Bounded towards the north by a public road; towards the east by a public road; and towards the south and west by Hakaru No. 1 Kauri-gum Reserve: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52100A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 19 acres, more or less, being Section No. 24, Block VI., Hawksbury Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section No. 23, Block VI., Hawksbury Survey District; towards the north-east by the shore of Waikouaiti Bay; and towards the south and south-west by the left bank of the Waikouaiti River to Section No. 23 aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 37061, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.
