Arrangements for First Election, &c., Raupo Drainage Board.

Colonial Secretary’s Office,
Wellington, 29th April, 1905.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

JOSEPH ANDREW TORR, J.P., of Raupo,

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Raupo Drainage Board, as constituted under “The Land Drainage Act, 1904”; also to appoint Saturday, the 27th day of May, 1905, to be the date, and the public school at Raupo to be the place, for holding such election; also to appoint Saturday, the 5th day of June, 1905, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, to be the time, and the said public school at Raupo to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint

ARTHUR BEST WHEELER, of Hamilton,

to be Returning Officer for the purpose of conducting the first election of five members of the Te Rapa Drainage Board, as constituted under “The Land Drainage Act, 1904”; also to appoint Thursday, the 8th day of June, 1905, to be the date, and the office of Arthur Best Wheeler, Victoria Street, Hamilton, to be the place, for holding such election; also to appoint Thursday, the 15th day of June, 1905, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, to be the time, and the said office at Hamilton to be the place, at which the first meeting of Trustees shall be held.
