NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of a Commission under the hand of His Excellency the Governor dated the 26th day of January, 1905, and published in New Zealand Gazette of the 9th day of February, 1905, James Mackay, Esquire, Commissioner, will hold an inquiry at the Masonic Hall, New Plymouth, on Thursday, the 11th day of May, 1905, at 10 o'clock a.m., respecting the alleged claims of Heni te Rau, and any other persons claiming to be absentee members of Ngatimutunga Hapu, to land in Waitara Survey District, Taranaki Land District.
