DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

THE Partnership hitherto existing between COLIN McDONALD and W. E. BUTCHER, Master Tailors, of Invercargill, trading under the style of “McDonald Bros.,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 20th September, 1904.

The business will be carried on solely by W. E. Butcher, who will discharge all liabilities and to whom all debts due to the late firm should be paid.
