As a majority of the votes recorded is in favour of the proposal, I hereby declare the said proposal to be carried.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND UNDER “THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1894,” FOR A ROAD.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Tauranga County Council to take for the purpose of a public road the following lands situate in the Tauranga Survey District, County of Tauranga, viz.:—

Area required to be taken. Section No.
3 roods 2·2 perches Part of Tonga-Paroa No. I. 5593a, Block XIV., Tauranga Survey District.

A plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited at the Tauranga County Council Chambers, Willow Street, Tauranga, where it may be inspected by all persons during business hours.

All persons affected are hereby required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objection to the making of such road or to the taking of such land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the day of the date hereof, to the Tauranga County Council.

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1903”; and in the matter of the Waipori Falls Electric Power Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the registered office of the company, No. 51, Crawford Street, Dunedin, on Thursday, the 16th day of February, 1905, at 4 o’clock p.m., the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at said registered office on Friday, the 3rd day of March, 1905, at 3.30 o’clock p.m., such resolution was submitted for confirmation as a special resolution and was duly confirmed—viz.,

“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”

And at such last-mentioned meeting HERBERT VALPY FULTON, of Dunedin aforesaid, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the said company.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
