NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Native Appellate Court will be held at Maketu, Bay of Plenty, on the 1st day of November, 1904, to hear and determine the appeal against the decision of the Native Land Court set forth in the Schedule hereto. In the matter of the will of Pirihi Tutekohi, deceased, and of an appeal by Hiraina Rerekaipuke against the decision of the Native Land Court given at Gisborne on the 28th day of March, 1904, granting letters of administration with will annexed.

NOTICE is hereby given that, by notice to the Registrar, and with the approval of the Chief Judge, the said appeal has been withdrawn.

WELCOME GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above company, held at their offices, 152, Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, 6th October, 1904, the following resolution was unanimously passed, viz. :—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that George King, of Christchurch, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, at a remuneration of 5 per cent. on total assets and out-of-pocket costs.”
