NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, in May, 1903, duly taken and laid off through the land specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated 6th April, 1903.
