Also the northern portion, commencing at a point on the Brunswick-Kai Iwi Road, and bounded generally towards the north-west by other part of the said Block No. 5E for a distance of 3792 links; thence toward the north-east by other portion of the said Brunswick-Kai Iwi Road for a distance of 52·8 links; thence towards the south-east by the other part of the said Block No. 5E for a distance of 3872·4 links; and thence towards the west by the said Brunswick-Kai Iwi Road for a distance of 776·5 links, to point of commencement. Owned by Waaka Hakaraia as trustee for Tutira Waaka Hakaraia, Hikurangi Waaka Hakaraia, Kurupai Waaka Hakaraia, and Ngapiki Waaka Hakaraia, and occupied by N. P. Manson.
And also part of Block 6J, Kai Iwi Native Reserve, containing 2 acres 3 roods 7·9 perches, situated in Block XV., Nukumaru Survey District. Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of the said Block No. 6J for a distance of 5848·8 links; thence towards the north by the Kai Iwi Stream for a distance of 50 links; thence towards the east by other part of the said Block No. 6J for a distance of 5864·2 links; and thence towards the south-west by the Wellington-New Plymouth Railway for a distance of 58·8 links to point of commencement. Owned by Harata Hinekahu, and occupied by Mrs. A. Tawse.
Also, two portions of Block 5C, Kai Iwi Native Reserve, together containing 1 acre and 20·3 perches, situated in Block XI., Nukumaru Survey District. The southern portion commencing at a point on the eastern side of the Rangitatau East Road, and bounded generally towards the west and north by the said Rangitatau East Road for distances of 128·3 links, 105 links, and 208·8 links; thence towards the south-east by other part of the said Block No. 5C for a distance of 340·7 links to point of commencement. Also the northern portion, commencing at a point on the eastern side of the Rangitatau East Road, and bounded generally towards the west and north by the said Rangitatau East Road for distances of 382·8 links, 218·8 links, 202 links, 110·2 links, 432·9 links, and 671·5 links; thence towards the east and south by other part of the said Block No. 5C for distances of 628·4 links, 602·4 links, 328·9 links, and 334·4 links to point of commencement. Owned by Pineaha Utiku, Ratana te Urumingi, Kahutaratarara, Nehemia te Urumingi, and Te Wharepouri, of Kai Iwi, and occupied by Daniel Bayly.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.
Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.
Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.
Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
