NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting, duly convened, and held at the offices of the company, at 191, Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, on the 25th day of May, 1904, the subjoined resolution was duly passed:—
“That the necessary steps be taken to voluntarily wind up the company.”
It was further resolved that Mr. JOSEPH PATTERSON SHAND, of Cuba Street, Wellington, be appointed Liquidator.

In the matter of the OTAGO TRAWLING AND DISTRIBUTING COMPANY (LIMITED), (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Otago Trawling and Distributing Company (Limited) will be held at the office of the Liquidator, Colonial Mutual Buildings, corner of Princes and High Streets, Dunedin, on Monday, the 24th day of October, 1904, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.

In the matter of T. AND S. MORRIN (LIMITED).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at the office of Mr. J. C. Ponsonby, in Princes Street, Dunedin, on the 2nd day of July, 1904, the following special resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 1st day of August, 1904, the following resolution was duly confirmed:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And at such last-mentioned meeting WILLIAM McCUTCHEON and WILLIAM COLE, both of Auckland, were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto carried on by DAVID SCOTT and JOSEPH GABRIEL BENTLEY, at Dunedin, under the style of “Scott and Bentley,” as Painters and Decorators, has been dissolved as from the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and four, by mutual consent; and notice is also given that all accounts owing to the said firm must be paid forthwith to the said David Scott, who will also pay all the liabilities of the firm.

I, ROBERT ERNEST SINCLAIR, of Wellington, Attorney of Thomson Fraser Ramsay Proprietary (Limited), a company duly incorporated and registered under an Act of the Parliament of Victoria (“The Companies Act, 1890”), do hereby give notice, pursuant to the above-mentioned Act, that the above-named company has fixed the situation and locality of its office or place of business, at which service of legal proceedings may be made in accordance with the provisions of the above Act, as at 39, Featherston Street.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, payable in advance. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.

Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.

Advertisements are charged at the rate of 6d. per line for the first insertion, and 3d. per line for the second and any subsequent insertion.

Statements under the Mining Act are uniformly charged 23s.

All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.

The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.

The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before three o’clock of the day preceding publication.

Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post-office money-orders should be made payable. Cheques should be crossed “Public a/c,” and exchange added.

Postage- or duty-stamps cannot be received in payment from any place at which postal notes or post-office orders are issued.

Prepayment may be demanded in any case. In order to prevent delay in publication a sufficient remittance should accompany every advertisement. Any surplus will be returned with receipted account.
