THE MAORI POINT GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), (IN LIQUIDATION).

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1883”; and of the Maori Point Gold-dredging Company (Limited), (in liquidation).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, held on Thursday, the 28th July, 1904, at the Municipal Buildings, Port Chalmers, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:—
That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Maori Point Gold-dredging Company (Limited) cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable to wind up the same, and that the same be wound up voluntarily.
And that at the same meeting Mr. ROBERT BAUCHOP was appointed Liquidator of the said company.
Dated at Port Chalmers, this 5th day of August, 1904.
