South Channel.—Port Phillip.
REFERRING to Notice to Mariners No. 71, dated 20th July, 1903, respecting the shoals in the South Channel, between Nos. 1 and 2 buoys, mariners are hereby informed that the least depth of water along the line of lights in such locality is now 32 ft. at low water and 30 ft. to 29 ft. at low water at 100 ft. to 200 ft. respectively northward and southward of such line. Mariners in charge of vessels up to 26 ft. draught may navigate along the line of lights, but with vessels over 26 ft. draught are directed to keep to the southward of the Gas Buoy, as previously notified.

NOTICE is hereby given, by direction of His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, under the authority of section 92 of “The Public Works Act, 1894,” that the road described in the Schedule hereto was, on the 20th day of July, 1904, duly taken and laid off through the lands specified in the said Schedule, under the authority of the Governor of the said colony, by Warrant dated 16th June, 1903.
