Weighted with £2, valuation for improvements, consisting of grass-seed sowing.

Trustees for the Arapohue Public Cemetery appointed.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

GEORGE COVERHOUSE SILLS and
THOMAS RICHARD ATKINSON

to be Trustees, in the place of John Matthews and Henry Thornton Smith, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Arapohue Public Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons previously appointed by His Excellency the Governor.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fourth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four.

Trustees for the Ararimu Public Cemetery appointed.

PLUNKET, Governor.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the forty-fifth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the local authority specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

The Kaukapakapa Road Board ARARIMU. All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres 2 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Section No. 25A of the Parish of Ararimu. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road forming part of the south-western boundary of Sections Nos. 9 and 10; towards the south generally by a public road forming the northern boundary of Section No. 25; and towards the north-west by a public road forming the south-east boundary of Section No. 24: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 51292, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and four.
