Commencing at a point on the west side of Onepu Road, the said point being distant 77·6 links north and 2·5 links west of peg No. IX., in the middle of said road, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction along a line bearing N. 65° 35′ W., a distance of 459·9 links; thence in a northerly direction along a line bearing N. 24° 25′ E., a distance of 450 links; thence in an easterly direction along a line bearing S. 114° 25′ E., a distance of 569·7 links, to Onepu Road aforesaid; and thence in a southerly direction along said road to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52358c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a cemetery reserve.
All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 8, Block VI., Waipukurau Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Section No. 3, Block VI., Waipukurau Survey District; towards the south-east by a public road; and towards the south-west by the Hampden–Waipawa Road: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52358n, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a creamery.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 5 3/5 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 728, 729, 730, 731, 732, 733, 734, and 735, Town of Reefton. Bounded towards the north-east by a right-of-way, Town of Reefton; towards the south-east by Section No. 727, Town of Reefton; towards the south-west by Victory Street, Town of Reefton; and towards the north-west by Caples Street of the said town: exclusive of a drain reserve, 25 links wide, which intersects the above-described boundaries: be the aforesaid linkage more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52424a, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a public school.
All that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 492, Town of Westport. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 491, Town of Westport; towards the east by Russell Street, Town of Westport; towards the south by Section No. 493 of the said town; and towards the west by a right-of-way of the town aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52424b, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a public school.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 492, Town of Westport; towards the east by Russell Street, Town of Westport; towards the south by Mill Street of the said town; and towards the west by a right-of-way of the town aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52424c, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a public school.

Bounded towards the north by Section No. 506, Town of Westport; towards the east by Section No. 528, Town of Westport; towards the south by Fonblanque Street of the said town; and towards the west by Russell Street of the town aforesaid: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52424n, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red. For a site for a public school.

Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Block VII., Leaning Rock Survey District, 11920 and 7345 links, from the Clutha River to the Manuherikia River; thence towards the south-east by the said Manuherikia River, 1030 links; thence towards the south-west and south-east by the Town of Alexandra, 6570 links and 10330 links, from the said Manuherikia River to the said Clutha River; and thence towards the south by the said Clutha River, 1190 links, to the place of commencement: exclusive of cemetery reserve (10 acres), Section 2, Block XXXVIII., Town of Alexandra, part of Block XIX., Town of Alexandra (dam site), railway reserve, Crookhaven Street (150 links wide), and three other intersecting road-lines, each 100 links wide, which are within the above-described boundaries: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52295, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a public park.
