SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, being portion of Reserve No. 350, situated in Block XVI., Westerfield Survey District, containing by admeasurement 230 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 3936; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 6022 and 6023, and also by Reserves Nos. 2064 and 2275, and by a road; towards the south-west by Reserve No. 350; and towards the north-west by the north-west boundary of Reserve No. 350: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Lands and Survey Office, Christchurch.

Recreation Reserve in Otago Land District brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”

PLUNKET, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of August, 1904.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor in Council.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for public recreation in Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 96 acres 3 roods 5 perches, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block XXXVII., Town of Alexandra. Bounded towards the north-west by Town Belt; towards the north-east by railway reserve; towards the south-east by a road-line; towards the south by water reserve; and towards the south-west by Crookhaven Street: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 44881A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

Recreation Reserves in Canterbury Land District brought under “The Public Domains Act, 1881.”

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighth day of August, 1904.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserves for public recreation in Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881”; and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 176 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3701 (formerly part of Reserve No. 182), Block XIII., Pukaki Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Reserve No. 2927, Block XIII., Pukaki Survey District, the abutment of a public road, and by Run No. 217A of said block and survey district; towards the south-east by said Run No. 217A to a road reserve along the northern bank of the Pukaki River; and towards the west and north-west generally by said road reserve, by Reserve No. 2947 to the public road forming the eastern boundary of a reserve containing 20 acres, Block XIII., Pukaki Survey District, by said public road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of said reserve of 20 acres, across the said public road, and by the said north-eastern boundary-line to a road reserve along the southern shore of Pukaki Lake, and by the last-mentioned road reserve to the commencing-point: exclusive of a road 100 links wide which intersects the above-described boundary.

Also all that area in Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 180 acres, more or less, being Reserve No. 3702 (formerly part of Reserve No. 183), Block XV., Pukaki West, and Block III., Strachey Survey Districts. Bounded towards the north-east by a road reserve along the southern shore of Pukaki Lake to the main road from Lake Pukaki to Ben Ohau Homestead, by said main road to a point in line with the south-western boundary-line of a reserve containing 20 acres, Block XV., Pukaki West, and Block III., Strachey Survey Districts, across the main road aforesaid, and by the said south-western boundary-line to Run No. 87, Block III., Strachey Survey District; towards the south-east by said Run No. 87; towards the south-west by Run No. 220, Block XV., Pukaki West, and Block III., Strachey Survey Districts, the abutment of the main road aforesaid, and again by the said Run No. 220; and towards the north-west by Run No. 219, Block XV., Pukaki West Survey District, to the commencing-point: exclusive of a road 100 links wide which intersects the above-described boundary.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked S.G. 50991, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red.

Lands temporarily reserved in the Hawke’s Bay Land District.

PLUNKET, Governor.

WHEREAS by the two-hundred-and-thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1892,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:

Now, therefore, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands in the Hawke’s Bay Land District described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section No. 42, Block XIII., Maraekakaho Survey District. Commencing at a point on the north side of a public road, the said point being distant 2827 links along said road in an easterly direction from the intersection of said road with the east side of Humboldt Road, and bounded thence towards the north-west, north-east, and south-east by Section No. 25, Block XIII., Maraekakaho Survey District, to the public road aforesaid; and towards the south-west by said public road to the point of commencement: be the aforesaid linkage more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52358, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a gravel reserve.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 35 perches, more or less, being Section No. 26, Block I., Waipukurau Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the Hampden Road; towards the south-west by the Tikokino Road; and towards the north-west by Section No. 22 of Block I., Waipukurau Survey District: as the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 52358A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered red. For a gravel reserve.

All that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section No. 6, Block II., Waipukurau Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the Onepu Road; towards the south and south-east by the Mangatahi Stream; and
