Lands taken for a Road in Rodney County, Block XII., Pakiri Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of “The Land Act, 1892,” and its amendments, I, William Lee, Baron Plunket, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, with the consent of the owners and of the mortgagees of the lands hereinafter mentioned, and with the consent of the Rodney County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said lands are situated, do by this notice hereby proclaim as taken for a road the lands in the Pakiri Survey District hereinafter described, that is to say,—

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Lee, Baron Plunket, Knight Commander of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this fourth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and four.
