NOTICE is hereby given that the situation and locality
of the office of the Talisman Consolidated (Limited),
(in liquidation), has been changed from Nos. 26, 27, and 28,
Palmerston Buildings, Queen Street, in the City of Auck-
land, in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of
New Zealand, to the Mine Office, at Karangahake, in the said
provincial district.

Company of New Zealand (Limited), a British com-
pany, having its registered colonial office in Emerson Street,
Napier, intends voluntarily to cease to carry on business in
the Colony of New Zealand on the expiry of three months
from the 16th day of May, 1904.
