THE NEW TEVIOT GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED).

At an extraordinary general meeting of the New Teviot Gold-dredging Company (Limited), held at the registered office of the company, Bond Street, Dunedin, on Tuesday, the 17th day of May, 1904, the following resolution was passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily under ‘The Companies Act, 1903,’ and its amendments”: and Thomas Allan, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed Liquidator of the said company.

In the matter of the New Teviot Gold-dredging Company (Limited), (in liquidation).

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 22nd day of June, 1904, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the undersigned, Thomas Allan, Bank of Australasia Buildings, Bond Street, Dunedin, Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims, at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary meeting of the above-named company, held at its registered office, 12, Customhouse Quay, in the City of Wellington, on the 20th day of May, 1904, the said company passed the following extraordinary resolution: “That it is proved to the company’s satisfaction that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business; that it is advisable to wind up the company, and that it be wound up accordingly.”
