In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1903"; and in the matter of the Reliance Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the above-named company, held at the registered office of the company, Lawrence, on Monday, the 16th day of May, 1904, the following resolutions were carried :—

"1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily; and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purpose of such winding-up.

"2. That John Joseph Woods be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
