(Wellington Engineer Volunteers) to the Masterton Rifle Volunteers, as published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 30, of 14th April, 1904, and to approve in lieu thereof, under paragraph 57, Volunteer Regulations, of the transfer of Lieutenant Alexander Burnet Charters from No. 5 Company N.Z.E.V. (Wellington Engineer Volunteers) to the Masterton Rifle Volunteers, with rank of Lieutenant, and with effect from 1st December, 1903.
