OHINEMURI COUNTY COUNCIL.
THAT, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred
upon it by “The Counties Act, 1886,” and of every
other power in that behalf enabling it, the Ohinemuri
County Council hereby resolves,—
That all that area in the Paeroa Riding of the County of
Ohinemuri bounded as follows—Commencing at the junc-
tion of the right bank of the Waihou River with the left
bank of the Komata Stream; thence in a general easterly
direction along the left bank of the Komata Stream to its
junction with the Old Goldfields Line; thence by a straight
line in a south-easterly direction to Trig. Station 85;
thence by a straight line in a south-westerly direction to
the point where the right bank of the Tarariki Stream inter-
sects the Old Goldfields Line; thence along the right bank
of the said Tarariki Stream in a south-westerly direction to
its junction with the right bank of the Ohinemuri River;
thence by a straight line across the Ohinemuri River to a
point where the south boundary of Ouerangi Block inter-
sects the left bank of the Ohinemuri River; thence along
the southern boundaries of Ouerangi, Pareroiroi, Manuka
No. 3, and Te Waka o Tiki Te Aroha Blocks to a point
where it intersects the west boundary of Paeroa-Waitoa
Road; thence along the west boundary of Paeroa-Waitoa
Road in a south-westerly direction to its junction with the
north boundary of Cadman Road; thence in a north-westerly
direction along the northern boundary of Cadman Road to
the right bank of the Waihou River; thence in a general
northerly direction along the right bank of the Waihou
River to the point of commencement—be and the same
hereby is constituted a special-rating district, to be called or
known as “The Paeroa Improvement Special-rating Dis-
trict.”
This special order to take effect on the passing thereof.
I certify that the resolution making this special order was
passed at a special meeting of the Ohinemuri County
Council held on the 21st day of December, 1903, and con-
firmed at a special meeting of the said Council held on the
5th day of February, 1904.

direction along the boundary of the Paeroa Block to its
intersection with the right bank of the Ohinemuri River;
thence in a general north-westerly direction along the right
bank of the Ohinemuri River to its intersection with the
south boundary of the Kakanui Block; thence along the
south boundaries of the Kakanui and Ouekaharau No. 2
Blocks to the right bank of the Ohinemuri River; thence
along the right bank of the Ohinemuri and Waihou Rivers
in a northerly direction to the point of commencement—be
and the same hereby is constituted a special-rating district,
to be called or known as “The Paeroa Drainage Special-
rating District.”
This special order to take effect on the passing thereof.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto
subsisting between the undersigned, JAMES ARMSTRONG
MILLER and EDMUND WILLIAM PORRITT, practising together
at Paeroa, Ohinemuri, as Barristers and Solicitors, under
the style of “Miller and Porritt,” has been mutually dis-
solved as from the 1st day of April, 1904.
The business will in future be carried on by the said
Edmund William Porritt under his own name, who will
receive all amounts owing to the late firm and discharge all
the liabilities thereof.
